We were looking for a professional Property Manager to manage our QLD investment property as we lived in NSW. We were also looking for a particular type of tennant as our property was a unit in a complex of predominantly mature residents. We did not realise how difficult this might be, but Simone from Palm Beach First National was able to guide us competently through the process and keep us informed and updated at all times...and was also very kind and patient with our many needy interstate phone calls. BEST RENTAL MANAGERS HANDS DOWN ! Palm Beach First National is a stand out market winner in my opinion!
My wife and I have, and have had numerous rental properties, and therefore years of dealing with many different managing agents. I wish all of our (sydney) properties could be managed by their team, they could give master classes on how to get it right!
If you want absolute attention to detail in the managment of your property you could not do better. I think this is our 10th year with them and never a foot wrong. We deal with Joanne Camilleri who is a treasure, although im sure the whole team are excellent. And it's not just the landlord who benifits, the team seem to take a genuine interest in the tenants and our experience shows that really pays off as a harmonious arrangement.
I rarely write reviews but i feel strongly that the team at Palm Beach are most deserving of the highest praise...

Professional and helpful company. The staff at First National Property Solutions are very professional and helpful. They communicate regularly and keep me informed about the rental process from start to finish. They acknowledged any payments paid by me, created an inventory of all items in the apartment and made sure that the electrical check was completed prior to us moving in. They offered assistance with the connection of electricity and phone and sent me the link to Property Me which details any payments or events relating to this property. This is a very handy quick reference app to have on hand.

Always able to get a hold of, was always friendly and personable and always let us as tenants know our rights and responsibilities. She made everything a really easy process and unlike other agencies I have dealt with, Simone was who we met at the open and who we dealt with the entirety of our tenancy. Highly recommend.

Michael was so easy to deal with through the whole journey of selling our house, he made us feel so comfortable and ensured we understood everything that was happening.

Detailed reports kept us in the loop on where potential buyers were at and communication was incredible as Michael was happy to chat at anytime.

Of course the most important factor was that he actually achieved our goal with the sale of our property however on top of that he was very helpful when we were looking at other properties to purchase.

We really felt Michael had our best interests at heart and was never pushy, the sale occurred on our terms so that we could line up the purchase of another property.

We did have other agents give us a valuation on our property and it was clear they were more interested in a quick buck which was why it was so refreshing when we had Michael first come chat.
